Designer Note
Basic Attack damage in the early game greatly reduced, late-game damage slightly increased. Beatrix is still able to gain an advantage in the early game with her double Ultimates, but can no longer dish out consistent heavy attacks as she previously did. Beatrix players, be sure to seize every opportunity from now on!
